  2. I just planted a few flowers this weekend too! This will be the only attention that they get from me - stick in dirt and hope for the best. Pathetic but true.

    1. Yes, the yellow ones are marigolds and I haven't killed those yet (I plant them every year). They're low maintenance and they bloom through late September/October-ish, making them a good value in my book!
