mmm Moscato

Mr. G and I aren't big wine drinkers. But when a restaurant offers you a half glass for 50¢ to raise money for charity, you don't say no. We were pleasantly surprised when we tried it - light, sweet, and delicious! So we found this bottle at a local store, not the same brand but the same type: Moscato. Here's hoping it's good!

linking up with wordless Wednesday (although I haven't had a truly wordless post in quite some time ;) )

  2. I'm a big fan of Moscato, but I've never seen a red Moscato. Hmmm... perhaps I'll have to look. CatMan and I have a thing for Sutter Home Sweet White... which is dirt cheap and scoffable by wine drinker standards. But hey, we like it!

    1. Oops, sorry to mislead you . . this Moscato is white! And I have no problems with cheap wine - I'll look for the Sutter Home next time we go!

    2. How bizarre... maybe the blue bottle made it look red to me.

    3. We can blame it on the couch's shadow along the bottom of the bottle ;)

  3. I'm not a drinker but my mom is, I should see about maybe getting it as a gift for her.

  5. I generally don't enjoy drinking white wine, but I do love sweet wine, so Moscato is perfectly delightful for me!
