Now I have another reason for why I insist on buying paper copies of books for everyone at Christmastime :)

Best of luck with your reading in 2015 - I find always having a book available helps me read more. Or maybe read a chapter book you loved as a kid with your boys? My dad and I used to read a chapter together every night and it's one of my fondest memories :)Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05307066665335899370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3151457747314880879.post-89899204580517103032015-01-04T09:00:06.258-05:002015-01-04T09:00:06.258-05:00Me too! I totally dig your book reviews and the funny thing is.. if I even pick up one book to read for pleasure in a year than it has been a good year for reading for me. I came across this article today and it freaked me out a little bit: http://www.pri.org/stories/2014-09-18/your-paper-brain-and-your-kindle-brain-arent-same-thing. I might just have to add reading books to my 2015 goals! I used to devour books as a kid and lately I'm finding a lot of joy in revisiting things I liked to do in my childhood (like skating!)Kristyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09648353582441950426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3151457747314880879.post-16455580036528332662015-01-02T19:59:09.754-05:002015-01-02T19:59:09.754-05:00Definitely memorable! But so brilliantly written and it, I believe, makes the reader more empathetic and open to different perspectives. I never thought I would be open to capital punishment, but the warden's thoughts and words made it so. Ironically!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
